The most exciting part of all is that everyone can contribute a crafty treat to goodie bags for everyone to enjoy. Not having my own crafty business, I had to think long and hard about what I might be able to contribute. I eventually came up with the idea for these colourful origami hearts.
Inside each heart is a personal recipe of mine, which can only be read if you're willing to unfold the paper to reveal it.
If you're a crafty blogger in Brisbane and want to know what the recipe is, you'll just have to come along to the meetup! Check out the ABCD Facebook page if you're interested.
They are very cute! Have fun at the meetup!
ReplyDeleteOh, Kylie, I am seriously impressed! You crafty girl - bravo! Did you create them from scratch or follow a tutorial? I am intrigued. J x
ReplyDeleteOh I'm coming and I can't wait to get my little origami heart complete with recipe. Such an original idea. x
ReplyDeleteThanks lovely ladies! Jane, I did follow instructions in an origami book for the hearts, but the idea to put a recipe inside was all mine!

ReplyDeleteSo cute Kylie, I want one!
